About Us

The Alabama School of Sleep Medicine and Technology (ASSMT) offers truly unique instructional techniques with a mix of classroom and hands-on instruction in both technical and clinical subjects to create some of the most comprehensive sleep education available.  We offer seven different educational course structures, each designed to exceed student expectations and provide a fulfilling educational experience. 

We have created educational tools and lectures which include some of the best sleep tracings, multimedia, and training manuals in sleep disorders education.  We back this up with a core of highly skilled educational staff who have decades of sleep experience.  

ASSMT is located in a seventeen-story office building inside one of the largest shopping malls in the southeastern United States.  Our students have the option of staying at one of the perimeter hotels or the four star Wynfrey Hotel, which has direct internal access to our building.
